These terms apply when you visit www.kumartrading.co.in, contact us, or buy products from Kumar Trading, Nizampet Cross Road, JNTU, Hyderabad – 500085, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Kumar Trading, and “you” means the person visiting the website or placing an order.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2.Our products
We make and sell agarbatti (incense sticks), dhoop sticks, diya batti (pooja deepam vattulu), sambrani, sambrani cups and camphor cones. We try to show our products accurately, but colours, packaging and fragrance descriptions can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Product range and availability may change without notice.
3.Orders and enquiries
You can order or enquire by WhatsApp, phone, email or the forms on our website. An order is confirmed only when we reply and confirm the products, quantity and price with you. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or details are unclear, and will tell you if we do.
Please give accurate name, phone and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
4.Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and are confirmed with you when you place your order. Prices and offers can change without notice, but a price we have confirmed for your order will not change. Accepted payment methods and any applicable taxes or delivery charges are shared with you before you pay.
5.Delivery
We serve customers across India. The delivery time and charges depend on your location and the courier used, and we will share them when your order is confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control are not our fault, but we will help you track and resolve them.
6.Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Send your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging by WhatsApp or email. After checking, we will arrange a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund.
Because incense, camphor and wicks are burned or consumed in use, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
7.Safe use of products
Our products are for burning and scenting only. Please follow these safety points:
- Never leave burning incense, dhoop, camphor or lamps unattended.
- Use a proper holder on a stable, non-flammable surface, away from curtains and other flammable items.
- Keep all products away from children and pets. Camphor must never be eaten.
- Use in a ventilated space. Stop using a product if it causes you discomfort, and seek medical advice if you have breathing problems or allergies.
8.Using our website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it, attempt to break or overload it, send spam through our forms, or try to gain unauthorised access to it. We may restrict access if we believe these terms are being broken.
Our website may link to other sites, such as Facebook. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
9.Ownership of content
The Kumar Trading name, logo, product photographs, text and design on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10.Our responsibility
We take care to supply good-quality products and to keep the website accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
