Kumar Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”) makes and sells agarbatti, dhoop sticks, diya batti, sambrani and camphor cones from Nizampet Cross Road, JNTU, Hyderabad – 500085, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.kumartrading.co.in, WhatsApp, phone and email, and what we do with it. By using our website or contacting us, you agree to this policy.

2.What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and fulfil orders:

We do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords or UPI PINs on this website.

3.How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and confirm, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about your order, such as price, delivery and any problems.
• To keep records that the law requires, such as for tax and accounts.
• To keep the website secure and working properly, and to prevent spam.

We do not sell your personal information. We will only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them.

4.Who we share it with

We share your details only where needed to serve you:

• Courier and delivery partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Our service providers, such as our website hosting and email providers, who handle data on our behalf.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to, or to protect our legal rights.

5.Third-party services on our website

Some features load from other companies, which may receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser contacts them. They have their own privacy policies.

• Google Fonts to display our text styles.
• Google Maps on the Contact page.
• WhatsApp, when you tap a chat button. Your messages are then handled under WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy.
• Facebook, if you follow our link to our page.

Our website does not use cookies to track or profile you. Third-party services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies when their content loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded features may then not work. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to handle any questions or complaints about an order, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our website and products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
